| Bioghist: | Joyce M. Kipling (nee Gaillard) did her General Nurse Training at Southend General Hospital, Essex 1946-1949. She then undertook Midwifery training at Southlands Hospital, Shoreham, Sussex in 1952. Joyce went on to complete the Health Visitor's Course at South East Essex Technical College (Daganham Technical College) 1953-1955 and in 1961-1962 did the "Technical Course on Teaching: Methods in Relation to Health Education at the Women Public Health Officers' Association in London. |
